I use loads of kinesiology tape in my practise. This one is a good basic version at a reasonable price. It doesn't have the extra stretch and adhesion that some of the versions have and that does limits its uses somewhat. However, I actually do prefer this cotton type for edema reduction type taping. It works for other forms of taping but I do so much taping that i can afford to keep both types of kinesiotape around and use each one for the technique that I feel it is best at. Read more

This is a good quality Kinesiology Tape. It comes in 3 rolls of precut strips. It's easy to remove the backing and it has a good stretch. It adheres well to the skin and I love the pink color. Good value as well. Read more

All comes into sealed box, and individually wrapped in plastic that is not resealable. Works great and holds nicely. Not stiff or flaky but a soft tape. Actually some of the best athletic tape I ever used. You get a very good amount as well that should last for a good while. Read more
