Having use quite a few kinetic tapes, it’s great for extended use to help with swelling and pain. My physical therapist uses a more expensive tape on me for the sessions but recommended this very less expensive tape for use in between my weekly sessions. Thing I like the most is that the backing is measured in two inch blocks. I know the lengths I need and don’t have to measure it to cut to the length I want. Last about 5 days on average, although the longer I wear it the more adhesive stays on the skin, small trade off for its effectiveness. Will continue to purchase this take, especially for its value. I use this tape in small, narrow that I cut ahead of time and put in a Altoids tin and leave next to the bed. When I go to bed, I put my bite splint in so I don’t grind my teeth and tape my mouth shut with the tape vertically right in the middle of my mouth, the piece approximately an inch and a quarter to inch and a half wide.. it keeps me from snoring and having my mouth open all night breathing through my mouth, it forces me to breathe through my nose they say you get about 18% more oxygen this way I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed instead of waking up in the morning, feeling exhausted all day. I use this tape every day. It works wonderfully you have to wet your lips slightly to get the adhesive off your lips before you tear it off if you stretch it and tear it off, it comes off easily. Mouth taping at night while I sleep has changed my life! I gave the Teep four stars, because it leaves behind a little bit of stickiness, which comes with water, and a little bit of soap. Not a big deal. The 150 foot roll will last a long time. I also bought a nice Sharp pair of scissors for cutting the material. if you open the box carefully, you can unwind a little bit at a time out of the box and drop the scissors in the opening of the box. First thing that caught my attention was the price, I’m 60 years old and started weight lifting again a little over 1year ago. However was having one tendon strain and discomfort so tried the kinesiology tape , definitely helped with my tendon and ligament discomfort, however I use it on my shoulders and elbows 4 days a week this can get expensive.
