Great inclusive set of caulking tools at a great price.
I had to replace some old caulking in my shower. This was a great kit. Had all the tools I need and it didn't break the bank. You get a lot of great tools for all aspects of caulking and sealing. Chances are I will never use it again so I did not want to spend too much. This was priced right and everything performed as advertised. Read more
Useful caulking tool set with room for improvement
This caulking tool set arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. The kit looks solid and includes multiple shaping pieces, which makes it versatile for different caulking or sealing jobs. I used it while removing old silicone and applying new lines around my bathroom, and it definitely helped create cleaner finishes compared to doing it by hand. The extra templates are a nice addition, but it can be confusing at first to know which one to use. A small instruction guide would make it much easier for beginners. The scraper blade works fine on fresh or softer caulk, but when I tried it on fully hardened silicone, it didn’t cut as cleanly as I hoped and left a few rough edges. Pros: • Arrived fast, well packaged • Several different shaping tools included • Works well for fresh caulk and simple sealing jobs Cons: • Blade not sharp enough for hardened silicone • Templates could use clearer instructions Overall, it’s a handy set for home projects at a very affordable price. While it’s not perfect for heavy-duty silicone removal, it’s still a practical tool to keep in your kit if you do occasional caulking or sealing around the house. Read more
Not too sure about this tool
This did not work out too great for me. Maybe it's just me and I'm doing something incorrectly, but I ended up using my hands to apply the caulk because this wasn't working out as expected. Will try to use it again should the occasion arise. Read more
