FINALLY! Earbuds that ACTUALLY stay put! Very impressed with this product. Can I just tell you, I’ve purchased 6 diff high end ear buds and none, zero, zilch of them worked properly. They ALL fell out of my ears and some never paired properly. I’ve literally gone through 3 diff raycon buds due to pairing issues, yes THREE PAIRS. Apple’s buds are too WAY too hard and hurt, plus they never stayed in, even when worn the correct way (did you know the correct way to wear those are with the long speaker end of the bud pointing up in the cartilage rather than down toward the lobe? When properly fitted, they’re more comfortable this way.) The same issues with other brands as well. I started aqua therapy and needed water proof ear buds, upon researching, I decided to try these based on the good reviews, and at that Rice I had nothing to lose. Best decision! These are perfect! The audio is great even when I’m in the water at an indoor pool! These are not only way more comfortable, the sound quality is great considering they don’t go inside your ear. After an extremely positive experience with the customer support who reached out to me regarding my original review (original review attached below) they offered a replacement and or a full refund with sincere apologies for the dissatisfaction. I also did in fact buy a new pair from the same brand and I have to say, I think I just got a bad set the first time around, it happens! These headphones have a very good battery life on my second pair, I have zero connection issues, the sound quality is amazing and they are the first pair of headphones I have ever had that actually stay in my ears! I could not recommend them enough. 1st I was disappointed because they didn’t send them in the color I ordered. I ordered the rose gold / pink ish ones and they arrived purple. Then, they worked great 1 time and now they will not charge. I have troubleshooted them and it’s not worked. Otherwise, they were great. Stay on the ear, had good sound quality, they were comfortable, clear, portable and had good range. So pretty disappointing that they stopped working after literally less than 24 hours later. Update: Received a new pair and will be returning the initial pair I got! New ones came in a wrapped box, confirming the ones I received prior were used. I am still figuring out the buttons, but overall enjoy the fact that I can listen to music without dealing with earbuds that fall out easily or cut off airflow for my ears. The sound quality is good and you can turn it up pretty high without anyone around hearing. In talking with others on the phone through these, I have been told that my voice sounds clear but distant, like I am far away. Bluetooth connection is great, other earbuds I have used fight to be the only audio device connected to my phone but these auto-connect only when I disconnect from other devices. Received a box with the purple earbuds pictured on the front, I ordered the white ones. I open it, a white earbud case is just sitting in the box with a half crumpled user manual. The case looks NOTHING like other user review photos with a matte finish instead of shiny. To add to that, it’s all scuffed in the way my old earbud case is as if it’s been used for a while. I open the user manual and find out there is supposed to be a charge cord included too, which is missing. I’m 99% sure I was sent used product despite buying it new, and not just used but defective as it’s not supposed to look like this in the first place. I was really excited for new earbuds but this is just disappointing. I ordered a replacement so I will update this review if I receive the correct product. Read more

Ok day 1 - I am surprised how comfortable these are. Normally I cannot find headphones that fit my small ears or I can’t get earbuds to stay in the ear. These solve that problem and are very comfortable - work well with glasses too. Sounds quality is great. Blue tooth hook up was fast and easy. I bought these sticky for my work bag to connect to my laptop - for the price I will likely order another pair for personal use. If you are looking for wireless earbuds with a great mic, DO NOT BUY THESE! With that said, they are otherwise amazing! The sound quality is great, they connect very easily, and they are so comfortable, especially for a glasses wearer like me!
