I can say many things first thing first be prepared to be on the floor or whatever it is for a while putting it together it goes together if you follow the instructions quite easily. Quite sturdy. Love that the LED lights. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I bought this bed frame with LED lights and outlets+USB chargers for my grandsons 11th birthday. We were impressed just opening the box. But assembling it REALLY impressed us. The quality of everything was wayy up there (I am a retired engineer). The hinge-pins, the fasteners which are specific to it's use (not just general-purpose) and the 'wood' pieces themselves. Every hole or slot was clean and precise, no chips or other mis-machining. Curves in appropriate areas (not square outer corners), even Velcro strips to hide the wires. Little things, finishing details that show the manufacturer really thought it out. Oh, and they included an extra or two of every fastener in case you lose one. How great is that? The two of us working together, not in a rush, took about 5 hours of great quality 'personal' time. I suggest using a better screwdriver than the one supplied and probably a magnifying glass to see some of the details on the "definitely could be improved' instructions. Oh, we made no errors because we looked REALLY hard to determine what side went in what orientation. I suggest explode-bubbles to show where the slots and holes go in the cabinet build sections. This is one VERY well built, solid, bed frame. It looks GREAT, the lights work (Grandson down-loaded the app within 5 minutes of completion) fantastic. Like I said, worth every penny spent. (I just wish shipping didn't cost more then the unit itself. But even then it's STILL a good buy) Once complete it looks and performs GREAT. Got it for a great price at the time (cheaper than it is right now) & wasn’t the easiest thing to assemble but the end result is fantastic & worth it. I do suggest use your own tools, the Allen wrench it comes with is small & not very useful for people with larger than average hands. The frame is durable & great quality. The bedframe is sturdy and easy to put together. I am not the strongest woman and I put it together with minimal help. It has silently withstood rough bedroom activities that left previous bed frames creaking and splintering for about six months now and its going strong. The supports make it so that you don't need a box spring which is fantastic but the storage compartments are supposed to have an additional piece of hardware that prevents them from flying open and breaking off the bed... I thought it would be fine, and it was for a while... until I was doing emergency surgery on particle board with hot glue, the splintered remains, superglue, and blue tape. (the door came flying open and the mattress wasnt there to catch it so it exploded) It fits our bedroom aesthetic perfectly and is the perfect size to display my figure collection. this might be a me thing but the lights just occasionally spazz out so I unplugged them Read more

Took forever to put together but worth it, we love this bed and all of it's little cubby holes. We are both heavy people and it seems very sturdy. The lights are nice for getting up in the middle of the night or just hanging out and not wanting to have a lamp on. All of the parts were there, it's not noisy, we love how it looks and the charging ports are super handy. I love how furniture just comes with those now. Total game changer. This bed is absolutely gorgeous!! We love the LED lights, the charging station, and the extra storage in the headboard. It does take a while to build. My husband built the headboard the night before and it took him about 4 hours to build it by himself. Then the next day he put the rest together and it took him about 3 hours. But again, he did it all by himself. The time could probably be cut in half if you have help. But the bed is very solid. The frame is solid. The wood is solid and thick and not cheaply made like some headboards are. If you don’t care to put the time in to build it, I promise, it’s worth it, especially if you want a headboard with storage and a charging station. I literally bought this bed because I liked the hidden cabinets in the headboard for our “adult” items, lol. The LED lights are a bonus. I am so very pleased with this bed. I LOVE this bed! Its everything I was looking for all in one. I read in 1 of the reviews before I purchased it that it took someone & their kid 5hrs to put it together. I thought, no way. Oh YES way. Lol. Its worth it tho! Well worth what I paid. No squeaks. Easy directions. I suggest an electric screw driver & I used the allen wrenches with my drill to speed things up a little. Read more

The app it says to use for lights doesnt work but an app named Elkotrol (app pic is a rainbow deer head wearing glasses) does work fantastic. Power stip on head of bed broke with in the first 6 months of use. Drawers are still working great. I dont use lights to often but they still work great. A box spring is not needed but bed is close to ground so if you want it higher up i would recommend one. I do not have one on it and sleep fine. Bed doesnt sink into the bar cracks. Bed does kinda slip off the frame here and there so if you can add grippys to it or something. Shipping was hell FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Had to contact to get a new one sent out finally got that sent with signature needed Fedex still delivered it to the wrong address and NEVER GOT A SIGNATURE!!!! lucky that one was delivered across the street so I was able to get it back from them but thats on fedex and not the seller Read more
