So happy with this frame. I put it together by myself, easily in one hour. With one exception (which direction to attach the headboard legs) the illustrations guide you to put this together with no problems. Some of the parts that join have brackets and not bolts, so all you do is tighten what's already in place. Looks nice and the fabric has a good feel. The bed was really easy to assemble and I love the color! The headboard is really comfortable. It is also sturdy and does not make any noise. It is functional. It is a pretty good bed for how much it cost. However when the bed arrived it has several rips in the back of the headboard and some of the wood was sticking out. It is also not the best quality. When I tell you, I looked everywhere to find an affordable quality bed for my room, I mean it. I looked on Amazon. I looked at target. I looked in store in about 5 to 10 other websites and nothing that I found was this highly reviewed and still the cost that I was hoping to pay for. I’ve owned it for about a month now and it is silent. There’s no weird creepy noises. It looks way nicer than how much I paid for it. Plus the thing I love about it is it so light so whenever I wanna make my bed I literally just pull it out an inch and I can make the bed and then push it back to the wall because it’s so lightweight. I bought the Queen frame in the color dark grey. Assembly literally took less than 20 minutes with my husband and I. The instructions were clear and simple. It sits at the perfect height with enough space to store items underneath. I also appreciate the fact that the planks came already adhered to Velcro straps, which made it easier to install. I just wish Bear Grylls were there to help me survive the wrong size screws and my emotional breakdown. The instructions said ‘easy assembly.’ They forgot to mention it’s a spiritual journey involving 47 screws, an existential crisis, and calling every friend I’ve ever known to ask how a screwdriver works. After two weeks of sleeping on the floor, I finally built it, sort of. One screw refuses to fit, the sideboard threatens to collapse, and every night I wonder if I’ll wake up under my own masterpiece. Five stars for character development, and for making me schedule a therapy session at 2 a.m. After this bed frame destroyed my faith in humanity, I decided to call customer service. It took eight menu options, five minutes of hold music, and a midnight conversation with a rep whose accent I couldn’t decode.
