I was surprised when I received these that they were not the material that I expected. Since they were being sold as "rash guards" I expected the typical rash guard material, which is more stretchy. These are 100% polyester and the rash guard material is an acetate blend. With that said, they are cute, they fit well, and they are comfortable. It is a very, very thin polyester material with moderate stretch. When you look at the value based on cost, they are tremendous. I gave them four stars instead of five because they were being marketed rash guards in the material was different.
