My pain gets worse with changes in weather... curiously, I traveled to Miami and the pain disappeared a few days later... This pain prevents me from doing any exercise... and it becomes a vicious cycle. After the MRI, the doctor gave me a cortisone injection, which temporarily relieves the pain. Once the effect wore off, I had two Synvisc injections, but the effect didn't last long the second time... so I haven't taken any medication since. I bought this knee brace and, in short, I use it once in the morning and once at night... every day, and my pain disappeared... obviously, the problem is still there, but it allows me to live without pain and move normally...
