Did my research before purchasing this, and I noticed that most complaints were with how the device fit and not how it functioned. To that end, I agree with those complaints for those who have larger necks that this may be too small. I have a pretty slender neck, and it was just fine on "Medium" setting out of the box. If you have a more broad neck, I would advise trying in on immediately (and keeping the packaging) just in case you need to return it. Other than that, no real complaints. It has a rear belt buckle to prevent it from accidentally slipping off and crashing to the ground. The belt buckle is cleverly designed to hook and release on the front of it rather than the sides. This allows you to lock it in place and remove it easier without the need to pinch the hook. Has no intensity settings (one level only). Has two heat settings (and an off mode). Has three massage types which really boil down to continuous kneading, sporadic pinching, and sporadic kneading. Best thing about this is that it's rechargeable and does not require a cord to function. A lot of older models require you to run a long awkward cord to an outlet, which can really get in the way. The most comfortable way of using this I found is to sit down and have your arms crossed inside of the loops across your chest. Basically make that "tough person" pose with your arms crossed, and you should get the idea of what I'm talking about. It will weigh down the massager with the weight of your arms alone and that should be enough to add a lot of extra pressure than letting it hang loose. You can let it hang loose of course, but the intensity may be very light. One last thing to note, this is an upper & middle trapezius massager. If that is the area that needs focus for you, than this massager would be ideal. It does not target the capitis muscles well (if at all). You would be better off with an expandable/collapsible "collar" like massager for those muscles. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried a lot of neck and shoulder massagers and most of them miss the mark. Either they don’t hit the right spots, feel awkward, or just don’t do enough. This one actually gets it right. The adjustable width is a big deal. It fits well and lines up where it’s supposed to, which makes a huge difference. The heat zones work great, and the massage feels deep without being too aggressive. The voice prompts are a nice touch, makes it simple to switch modes without guessing. Battery life is strong and being wireless makes it way easier to use without being stuck in one spot. It just works. Great features, no gimmicks, and everything functions like it should. I'm so glad I went with this massager for my husband. I was weary because of the reviews talking about how this was too small for some necks. But works great for us! This absolutely feels like someone massaging your shoulders and neck. It does shut off after 15 minutes. But using the straps help to adjust where the "fingers" are working. Great buy. Read more
I was afraid that this might not work for me due to the size of my neck. Getting it connected was a bit of a struggle. I turned the dial to the max neck size setting and strapped in. BEST PURCHASE EVER. The feeling is that of a professional therapist working my neck and shoulders, but their hands don't tire. If you are thinking of gifting something to a person you love, THIS IS IT. The massage quality is unbelievable. I like the different massage settings, and I recommend you play with them to find your favorite. The heat feature is wonderful. Different settings to match your particular comfort level. If someone needs neck & shoulder pain relief then look no further. This is not a replacement for physical therapy, but let me say that this is still more of a need than a want. Trust me. Read more

Super happy with product. I like a deep massage and this works perfect! I didn't realize the thumbs rotate also, awesome! And with the size adjustment I can massage biceps, thighs and all supporting neck muscles. Plus heat! I actually like straping it on my neck so I can relax it, it's deep enough like that. But having straps is good for arms ect. I went ahead and got the protection plan, so I don't have to worry about it breaking. Really cheap to add it. Very very happy! Read more
This neck massager works nicely and provides good relief, which makes this disappointing. Within a week, the charging port broke loose and fell inside the device during normal use. I wasn’t rough with it, so I believe this is a manufacturing issue. I really wish it had held up longer because I liked it otherwise. Please reinforce the charging port that’s the weak point.
