These are so much more comfortable than any other brand I've tried. It greatly improves my breathing at night. They are smooth and it's nice to have an assortment of sizes to try out. My only issue is that I want to then buy only the size I need, but this type is only available in the assortment. Any that are just one size are not the same, not as comfortable, not as high quality. So had some debate on whether something like this would help or not. My nose has never been the same after a surgery several years ago and my nostrils collapse as I sleep, these are amazing and so so so comfortable. I debated on what size to start with and with such a selection it was easy to test them out and figure out what would work.
