Love this rolling backpack. I've bought a few others in the past and they all had a tendency to tip over, especially when a laptop is in it. This one stays upright, thank goodness. Even though it's pricey, I'll pay the extra to not be bending down constantly to pick it up off the ground. I have a 15 inch laptop and it holds that easily along with a lot of other stuff. It's well made too. No problems with the fabric, wheels, handle, or zippers. Read more

Great product! I prefer to buy these for school for my kids. They have laptop protection and also I'm protecting their backs from future injuries and spasms. They are easy to move from class to class. I also use it as a teacher, since I have back and joint issues. The lasts that I bought were used for two consecutive school years and they are in general good condition, but my kids are rough and some of the screws of the handle went out and it's difficult to close it. But we love these rolling backpacks and we will keep using them. Read more

Do not buy. The backpack strap hooks do not open to hide the straps, the zipper on the second compartment does not zip properly, gets stuck on its flap, difficult to close or open, the computer compartment is made narrow and hard to slip the 15 inch computer. Read more
The style has changed over the years and this is the best carry-on. The look is deceiving, this little bag holds lots! The wheels have improved. I don’t use a back pack so I just cut the straps off. I have used this bag since it came out, at least 20 years and it keeps getting better. Read more
Overall somewhat satisfied with this backpack. The only three things that was a little disappointing considering the price that I paid for this bag was: there is no cover for the rear wheels, and one of the zippers does not move smoothly. Also, the adjustable handle does not stay at the position of the height that I prefer. The quality of the handle is somewhat poor, considering the price of this item. Read more
