Give them time - they do work and once they do its amazing!
Quality: Many years ago I had significant knee pain. I can certainly understand why I did, but it was getting worse. I first saw these at Walmart and picked them up to try. I stuck with them and to be honest, I think in the first couple of months I didn't think they really did anything, but I had bought a two pack, so 220 days covered, it was when I was coming to the end of the second bottle that I realized, somewhere along the line the pain had resolved, I think it was gradual, but it actually did work and worked well. I continue to take them to this day, and all I have gotten is older, and heavier, but guess what, literally my knee pain hasn't returned. The pain I had felt like the bones rubbing on each other, it was terrible, and I haven't had that again for 5 years.
