Decent quality pan.
Nice small frying pan. Cleans up easy and food doesn’t stick. The handle and weight make for great balance. I would have preferred a black enamel color but the brushed stainless looks good too. Read more

I replaced my All Clad non stick frying pan with this item. I was a moron to purchase an expensive non stick product. This product was well made and has served me well for several months. When the teflon eventually delaminates I’ll buy a new one from the same company without the tears associated with the All Clad retirement. Read more
This is for the 8” non-stick pan. I bought this for one reason and only reason only - omelettes. Okay two, scrambling eggs but they are almost the same thing. Non-stick pans all fail eventually so why pay $50-$150 for a pan that you are going to scratch on accident in 3 months, or is going to fail completely in 2-3 years? I don’t suggest bottom of the barrel but I was looking for a quality, low cost 8” non-stick pan for folded and flipped omelettes and this guy seems perfect so far. Feels surprisingly well built for under $20, non-stick is great so far, heats evenly and the silicon handle is comfortable. I wish the sides were a bit higher and it’s a little smaller than I was thinking but so far I’ve successfully made 2 egg omelettes so no complaints. It’s replacing a pre-2013 Calphalon really tall sided omelette pan and I couldn’t find anything with that tall of sides (they must’ve been 4-5”) but this is higher than your typical fry pan so that’s good. I recently switched to an induction cooktop and have been looking for an 8" nonstick induction pan for the longest time and this one fit the bill. This pan is very light and the whole pan is stainless steel (except for the handle). Most induction pans in the same price point only have stainless steel bottom and their middle section (about an inch diameter) isn't even magnetic. This means when you're using them on an induction cooktop, there's a cold spot in the middle. Not so in this case. The cooking surface of this pan is about 5.25 inches, small enough to have an even heat distribution. It heats up in a decent amount of time but since I exclusively use it for making French omelettes, I don't need it to heat quickly (as carbon steel would) lest you end up with brown omelette. The size is also perfect for a two-egg omelette. The nonstick coating is pretty good, I fried an egg without oil and the eggs just slid off the pan without sticking. The pan is very easy to clean as well but I would recommend not running it under cold water whilst it is still hot so you don't warp it. It's not a 3-ply pan but that's why it's not overly priced. I don't know how durable is this pan but the coating seems to be holding so far. It says it is oven safe but I never put nonstick pans in the oven as standard practice. For the price, it's a good buy. Read more

I use an induction range for cooking. Most aluminum frying pans, with thin magnetic discs welded to the bottom to make the pan induction-ready, tend to warp when heat is applied. They warp and develop convex cooking surfaces in the center when the stove is on. Oil runs to the edge. This makes stir-frying difficult if not at all impossible. I have tried Zwilling, Henkel, Nuwave, T-fel, and many other aluminum pans to no avail. The three-ply stainless steel KitchenAid pan with extra thick stainless steel and aluminum insert bottom construction corrected this problem. THESE PANS DO NOT WARP WHEN HEAT IS APPLIED! The non-stick surface releases food well also. The price is right! They certainly are keepers for me! Read more
I can't believe the difference that these pans make in cooking. They cook so much better. Faster to distribute the heat. Better clean up better. I'm impressed every time I use them. I love them. I couldn't imagine going back to my old other pans they are nice. Definitely recommend giving these a try. They wow me every time. Read more
