Fine for casual use, but high speed is not strong enough for the kind of recipes that require it. I think you're paying for the (usually good) Kitchen Aid brand and the wonderful color. My dad has a hand mixer someone gave him as a wedding present in the 1970s and it still works better than this thing! Read more
