Best veggie vegan cream cheese
Vegan cream cheese can be tricky as in gluey, pasty, flavorless, or weird tasting. Kite Hill's Veggie cream cheese is none of those. It's between regular cream cheese and whipped cream cheese in viscosity and the taste is, well, like veggie cream cheese. It reminds me a little of those vegetable crackers they used to sell. The other flavors are not super, but this one is good. Read more

A flavored whipped "cheesy" spread
Very good on crackers! It tastes like a flavored cheese spread, kind of like the texture of pub cheese, which is a whipped and fluffy cheese. It's slightly tangy and the faintest bit grainy, but even my kids liked it when I gave them crackers with some of this spread on. I also tried the chive flavor, but this garden veg flavor is better. Garden veg has a tiny bit of smokiness from sweet peppers that goes well with the underlying flavor. It is not thick and creamy the same way as cream cheese, but it is probably as close as you can get to a cheesy spread that isn't made from dairy. Read more

Dangerous kind of tasty!
Wow. I had to force myself to put it away. It is that good. I wholeheartedly believe I could put this out as the "veggie" cream cheese with bagels and not a soul would know it was dairy-free. So far tried with tortilla chips and crackers. Excellent. Will be trying more flavors! Read more
