It arrived on time. Nicely packaged. It is a good idea for a hookah. Very easy to use. The bowl can be rewashed, and won't break if dropped by accident. But, it needs more charcoals to produce good smoke, but then it burns too fast. I was gonna give 3.5 stars, but 4 is ok, I think. Read more

I have been using the traditional play burning bowl in conjunction with aluminum foil. Even with meticulous management of coals, tobacco still burns and becomes harsh quickly. The silicone shallow bowl and metal coal dish spreads out the heat and provides very even burn. Tobacco does not become harsh and good clouds are maintained long into the bowl. Smoke stack vent works great. I do find that this set up is a bit more “noisy” than the traditional set up (louder bubbling sounds when drawing on the hookah). Very happy with set up. Read more

Received our 2 Kitosun hookah heads 6/1/21. Hookah is part of our culture, we call it ar-gee-lay. For decades my husband has been the one that mixes tobacco, fills the heads, covers them with foil and then pokes the holes with a thumbtac. (Looks like a machine did it, so perfect.) So time consuming! He mixed the tabacco, filled heads and placed the coal cap on top and done! We also used our new Kitosun coal burner (recently reviewed, fabulous) and were enjoying our nightly smoke in less than 10 minutes. The heads are so easy to manage. The ash is easily discarded. The tobacco can be mixed throughout the smoke and best of all, the burned tobacco that sometimes sticks to the underside of foil that causes a harsher smoke and a time-consuming re-wrap is no more! Just turn the top over, scrape off any stuck-on tobacco and put it back on the head, done! We loved the ease and clean smoke so much, we placed an order for 10 more heads and 4 burners for family.
