I am a retired Medical Esthetician with sensitive skin and read a lot before purchasing the Kitsch Micro Derma Roller. I wanted a face roller that didn't hurt or damage my skin and this one is gentle (no pain) but effective! I just started using it 3 days a week (M, W, F) after applying Eva Naturals Collagen Peptide Complex Serum in the am after cleansing and following with Dermasome Moisturizing Relaxant Moisturizer (both unscented) and while I haven't seen a difference in fine lines and wrinkles yet I love the way my skin feels and has no irritation. I've been using this for a little over two weeks now, and every time I use it, my skin breaks out with tiny acne. This is my first time using a dermaroller, and while I like the concept, I just don't think it's a good tool for my skin. I have combination skin that tends to be more sensitive. When I would use this product it made my face red, which is normal, and the needles didn't hurt. It helps work serums into my skin, but I'm not just a fan of the irritation that comes with it. I think if you've used dermarollers before and they work for you, this is a good one. I like that it comes in a case to store it. Read more

I have to agree with the video showing how easy this is to use. You can find the video when you look up the product here on the website. She's studying to be a dermatologist and she highly recommended this particular product. It does not make your skin irate, and it does not hurt when you roll like most other rollers I've used. You can actually use this particular roller on your face every day. That's what I do. Or set your own schedule to use the roller. But, this is the best I've used thus far. Pros: I have owned this product for two weeks now. As a male, I use this on my face twice per week in the evening and then apply a light face lotion that is made for anti-aging and treating acne. Before using this product, I usually have trouble with one or two small zits in the morning. But using the derma roller with my facial product has resulted in no zits at all and my skin feels smooth. Cons: The first day I used the roller, the roller rolled smoothly. However, starting the next day, the roller became super squeaky. I still use the same roller (I didn't return it or anything) but it can be annoying (enough for me to take off a star). I've bought a different, cheap derma roller as well and that one also squeaked a lot, too. So I'm still looking for a roller that does not squeak as much. Read more
