I was interested in brush therapy as I saw it is recommended for Autistic people, which is said to calm Anxiety, as well as to ease one into their sensory issues with gentle touch, etc. I also read of others suggesting it as having other benefits for circulation and to rejuvenate skin and remove dead skin cells. I saw this brush and thought I would give it a try. It is used by taking short or circular strokes on the skin of the limbs and body towards the heart. I do not like the stiff brushes or scratchy textures, so the bristles on this brush are just perfect for me. I find it surprisingly soft and comforting. The cotton handle and size of the brush fit my hand perfectly. The handle is quite comfortable. Brush seems to be durable and decent value for the quality you receive. I am going to add this tool to my bedside Autism aids and self care basket I am putting together.
