Much improved upgrade to the fans for the standard PS5. The other version would produce an annoying vibration sound when the fans were cold, and would go away once they warmed up. This version for the Pro console does not have that issue. Fans are quiet at all temperatures, no unwanted vibrations. The automated system is useful as well, as they alternate the cycles depending on how much heat your console is pulling out. Read more
Works well, but when it kicks on you can hear it clearly across the room (my living room is about 15 feet wide). The auto-on/off is a nice feature and the pass-through gap is great for not blocking necessary connections. It's built well and feels sturdy. Just wish it was a little quieter. Read more
First,ignore the Utube review. (assuming this will push air. Dont assume anything since word assume contains word @$$) PC fan has front and rear Front push air out Rear pull air in. PS5 need air OUT, and this fan will pull air out. So this will help temp low dramatically, and unless you are casual player or good AC environment, you want this. My PS4PRO I had PC cooler and 2 PC fans and it is still working after 9 years. I am expecting same for PS5Pro till PS6pro shows up. Unlike PC cooler, this device specifically fit to PS5Pro and easy to attach. In addition to that this has AUTO settings with therm o sensor.. If you can afford 700$ PS5Pro, go additional 20$ to make the life span longer. Read more
