JUST BUY IT!!!
If you're looking for a small and reliable portable charger, look no more! I'm always looking for the best portable charger and I have been through many of them. I wanted something small enough to fit in a small purse or my coat pocket, since I'm trying to downsize from the large tote bags I'm used to carrying, and this charger does just that. This charger comes with a small velvet bag to keep it protected while traveling, which was a nice touch. When I first got this charger I thought it would fall out of my phone or be loose fitting because that's the problem with other chargers similar to this one, however, that wasn't the case with this one. This charger fits securely into my phone and charges it quickly. I also really like how there's an attached cap/cover to the piece that you insert into your phone to keep it protected and you will never lose it. I would definitely buy another charger like this one to have as a backup and to give to friends. Read more

When I originally reviewed this purchase I was displeased because even though the item did not arrive broken.. the item broke shortly after putting it to use and Amazon said they would not process a refund or exchange the broken product. I am editing this review to update you on the awesome customer service The shop owner saw my review and emailed me directly to address the concern! She was friendly and patient as we discussed the best way to make it right. She was more than willing to process a refund or send me a replacement (no additional shipping cost). I chose to receive a replacement because I truly needed the charger! She sent me step by step tracking updates and even sent out an additional email to make sure the replacement worked to my expectations! I have now been using this item for a few weeks and it work’s wonderful! It’s actually super fast at charging my devices! I’m pleased that I got the charger replaced but I’m even more pleased by remarkable customer service! 10/10 recommend this produce AND this seller! Read more
