The sofa bed was a great purchase, it was easy to put together and sit 9 to 10 people and also it’s very comfortable. When I first purchased, I used for my son and daughter-in-law to sleep on when they came to visit and then I was able to change the positions - that’s the best part you can position it the best way to work for your room. The price was great., or other sofas that looked like the same style in the stores where at least 1000 more and not as comfortable. Will definitely buy again when I’m ready for another piece. The customer service was fantastic to deal with. The couch itself is comfy for now but definitely won’t be buying again. The pieces slide off from one another and you fall into the pieces when you lay down. Easy to build but if you’re spending the money for a couch…spend it on something better. It’ will last us this year and is perfect for our small sized living room but def not taking it with us. Read more

Honestly a great product , the bolts got stuck once or twice , and I’m sure there are better couches but I have to be honest I’m really surprised at how much I love it and I have paid way more for couches that do way less , it’s a perfect size , easily customizable and the pieces are light weight but durable and comfortable so I love it ! The couch came with missing hardware. They did rectify the situation but it was just inconvenient. I do think this couch is way over priced for the fact that you have to put it together yourself and you can tell the bones of the couch are not the best quality. But it looks really nice, the cushions are soft and it’s like having a nest in your living room. Overall, it’s comfortable and functional… just overpriced in my opinion. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Extremely disappointed all this money for an incomplete set that also is missing hardware like the screw inserts that legs go to and the boards the cushions rest on. Ordered KKL 9 Seater received 6 B1 and 2 D1 equals 8 pieces. Looks great online and in person. Quality is average at best like almost anything you buy online. Size is decent im 6' tall 170lb I like the look and idea are nice but I can only sit on the ottoman for now. $1000 spent on something I cant use yet. Read more
