As others have pointed out, the product image at the top of the page is obviously wrong. Whether or not that has anything to do with the quality of the product itself going downhill, who knows. Regardless, I have also been purchasing these by the case through Amazon for a while now and I would guess the last two cases have had the same problem; you get part way through the box and the tissues get stuck together in the bundle and stop coming out. This will happen a few more times until the box is empty. Beyond frustrating. Because as another reviewer noted, sometimes your only remedy is to tear the box apart. It's too bad the quality had to suffer so much. It used to be a good product at a much better price than a retail store. Read more
