I bought these palazzo pants in Black Aztec because I am a salsa dancer and wanted a fun option to wear when I'm not in a dress. I needed something that would be higher-waisted (i.e., not low-rise), comfortable to wear, and have a longer inseam (I'm 5'8" and wear dance heels, so it's common for me to have pants that are too short). These pants are so much nicer than I anticipated, and they are AMAZING for the price. I usually wear a size 12 or 14 so I bought the XL. They fit nicely in the leg and bum, although I confess they are a tad tighter in the lower tummy area than I'd like. Also, I will be hemming them from 34" to 32.5" for a perfect fit (wouldn't want to trip while dancing). I think the pattern in Black Aztec is very nice; I didn't have any problems about see-through material like other reviewers commented, mostly because the pattern sort-of camouflages that issue. After looking at the previous reviews, I decided to take a chance and order a size up from what I thought I needed. It worked, and these fit great! But as another reviewer pointed out, they do cling to all the wrong places. I bought the turquoise color, which is beautiful, but it shows every flaw. They're great for wearing around the house. The pants are comfortable and nice enough, though, that I'll be trying them in a more flattering color (dark!). The quality seems fine, and they've held up well after a couple of washes. Read more
The pants fit well but have little structural integrity to staying up. The fabric is cheap and light. The color is a bright blue and not,in any way dark like the picture. The price is a good example of the quality. Just walking around my house in them, I felt the slightest breeze go thru them. Do Not buy these paints! Read more
I really like the fit and comfy feel of these pants. I'm a size 10 and 5ft 8 and age 55 -I usually would fit into a medium but the size large was the way to go not to tight. The color is true to the picture and they are wrinkle free. The only negative is the label indicates they have to be hand washed vs. going into the washer. You need to be careful with the material on these pants because you can get a pull. I received many compliments when I wore these pants to work .The look is hip /professional not like your going to Yoga class. The length is long and wedge sandals or heels would be worn not flats. I bought three more pairs after my initial purchase that is how much I liked these pants. You can wear them to work and then go out after work with them. These are very flattering pants, though I am size 4, I think they would look good on anyone, if you have some hippy or tummy issues, you can wear a tunic top. They were too long, so I just cut 6 inches off the bottom and didn't hem them, ( I can't sew that slippery polyester fabric.) I have many compliments on these pants. If you want to cut them shorter as in Capri pants and wear with sandals, that works too. Read more
Ok, let me start off by saying that I ordered this pant in black and I choose priority shipping so that way it would get here before i had surgery on my leg. The doc said to make sure to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, so I figured this would be perfect and all of the reviews were rave. I am over six foot tall and ordered a XL. When I got it in the mail I immediately tried it on and it was just the right length and I was happy....for a few seconds. One of the legs had a hole in it and the material seemed really thin. So I opened my blinds and put a mirror to my derriere and sure enough, the pants were completely see through!! I would have been mortified walking around in public wearing this! The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was long enough to fit my height. It is now being returned from whence it came. Suuuper thin. . I had previously bought these in :Blk :L and absolutely love them.Super cozy,airy and long enough to fall right even with heels at '5-9".So cozy in fact I opted to get a 2nd pair (:Navy :M) just for lounging.So it was highly disappionting to realize upon opening they were COMPLETELY see through simply holding them up.Pretty much like wearing a layer of gauze.However,after a month of lagging,was able to very easily return with no problem. $ was credited within 24 hrs. much faster than usual.Overall, my first pair were so nice,I will try this seller/product again,hoping this was just a fluke. . . These pants are hands down the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. Not quite sure what the fabric is, but it doesn't shrink and it comfortably stretches to just about any size. I am 5ft 4in and 135lbs, and bought them in a size medium. I wore these pants throughout my entire pregnancy, in which my weight reached 180lbs (whoops). These pants were comfortable the entire time and post pregnancy, I still wear them on a regular basis. They are very light and make great summer pants (almost look like you're wearing a maxi skirt).
