First of all, they come all crunched up in a plastic bag wrinkled and the soles were curved. If you were expecting any type of wide calf These are NOT I ordered my normal size 10, and these are barely a size 10. And the quality is cheap looking. I was so excited to try these boots, and then I picked up the package they were in. It was very light, which made me pause. These boots are SO cheap!! First off, they smell horrible- an immediate smell of chemicals hit me when I opened the bag. I'm pretty nose-blind, so these must STINK. Secondly, they are made of the thinnest 'leather' I've ever seen. Which it is not. The martial on the opposite side of the faux is easily seen. NONE of the zippers work. I understand that the outside zippers may be ornamental, but the inside ones are supposed up un-zip so you can get them on easier. They don't. The soles of the boots.... don't even get me started. They're laughable. No respectable boot would have these. I doubt you'd be able to get traction on a carpet floor, much less outside in fall, as these are branded as 'Fall Boots'. I wouldn't give it more than a month before they wear through. 'Lined'? No, they're not lined. There's a THIN layer of material glued to the inside of the pleather. They say these are wide calf boots but they are nowhere near wide calf. Plus when I asked to return them, they gave me a shipping label, but I was still going to have to pay for shipping according to UPS. The label they gave me for the return wasn’t paid for that is poor Customer Service lying about being a wide calf boot and then making me have to pay to return it very disappointed. Read more
