I think I would honestly make this a 5 star review if the scissors had been omitted because they got replaced on day two Knives themselves are pretty nice and stay relatively sharp. pretty easy to clean and the speckled look to them actually makes it nice for not having to deal with tiny spots when things go to the dishwasher. These knives are S.H.A.R.P. so be careful when you use them or even unpack them! I was a little scared that this set would be a different color in person, but surprisingly, they aren't..the color is very light and muted, which I am a fan of.nthe quality of the knives exceeds to holder itself but I'm good with that! If much rather have great knives with a mediocre holder. I haven't had to use the sharpener as of yet, but I am sure it will follow suit with the rest of this set and won't disappoint. The shears are even very comparable to our other expensive kitchen shears! All in all, this is an impressive knive set for the quality alone.
