I used this to sharpen my kitchen knives, and they're now impressively sharp. It does take a bit of practice to keep the knife steady in the holder, but once you get the hang of it, it works very well. One limitation is that it doesn’t handle knives with large handles as effectively—the sharpener can't reach the full blade. Still, for standard knives, it’s a solid and reliable tool. Read more
