Love them for boneing out elk too
Very hard steel. Takes a little extra time to get them sharp but they hold their edge a long time. Cant say enough about the knives. Love them for boneing out elk too. Big one is what I use for steel head. Little guy is money on smaller fish. Read more
Sheath is poor quality
The knives themselves are five star but don’t rely on the sheath to store them. Also , the sharpening stone in the picture is not included. I would still buy for the knives. Read more
Great knives, and excellent set
We participate in a lot of wild game hunting, and we process our own meat. We bought the knives because we needed something that could keep up with the massive amounts of meat that we process each year. These knives are beautiful, and very sharp.
