This is my second purchase of KOA knives, the first was a pocket skinner. As an avid hunter and woods-woman I have to say I'm absolutely impressed with the steel on these. They hold an edge far better than any other brand. Plus they are made in the USA, not a certain country without birds and wildlife in some areas, due to pollution (China).
