Definitely open box, parts missing
The product itself is beautiful and I love Kohler quality. But the box was clearly a return and I was missing some pieces, including a washer and part of the mounting plate. Fortunately, I had pieces from the faucet that I was replacing and was able to make it work, but certainly not worth the money paid. Read more
