I liked these shoes, they seemed like they would be comfortable. The arch seems to be in a different place on the inside of the shoe versus the outside. Not necessarily a problem just may take some getting used to.I ended up returning them because I didn't like the way they looked when I wore them, but I think they would've served me well. Read more

Really disappointed in this purchase. I tried on a pair of Koolaburra Sofiya's in the store, and I absolutely loved them! I am typically a size 9.5-10, just depending on the brand and style of shoe, and occasionally, I'll even wear a 9, which is exactly the reason I don't make a habit of ordering shoes online. With that being said, I felt pretty confident about ordering these in the 9.5, as the Sofiya's were the same heel height, same material, and same body style throughout the main footbed (the difference was the cut and height of the ankle style). My feet measure 10" exactly from heel to toe, are narrow, and have high arches, so I don't have problems with shoes fitting tight, and usually use inserts to help with arch support (without having to go up a size in the shoe). According to the Koolaburra size chart on this listing, a size 9.5 measures 10.43" heel to toe, so according to the size chart, I should have MORE than enough room, however, when I put these shoes on, it feels like I'm trying to pull on a 8.5 or really small 9!!! WTH?!?! I don't understand how the same brand and very similar style could vary SO MUCH in size. The shoes were overall pretty hard and uncomfortable, which is the exact opposite of the way the Sofiya's felt in store.....I just didn't want to spend $100+ on them. Overall, I do not recommend this shoe, but if you're wanting to see for yourself bc the price is good, make sure to order the size up, and get some inserts bc the soles are hard as bricks. Read more
