I like this athletic skort a lot, but I didn't fully consider the length on my shorter legs. I've been wearing running skirts for many years, and at 48, I didn't want one as short as the ones I wore in my 20s and 30s, so I decided to try this one. For running, I should have gone a little shorter, maybe 17-18". That being said, this is a great skirt that I got at the right time (on sale). The compression shorts underneath fit nicely and didn't creep up, even while I was jogging. While I didn't love all the extra fabric around my knees, it didn't restrict my movement in any way. This skirt can be very versatile. I got the dark heather gray color, and I could easily wear it for most any occasion. The lines are clean and simple. It is a flattering shape, and it is comfortable. Oh, and the little pockets are pretty good, too! The sizing is accurate! Measure yourself with a seamstress measuring tape, put your vanity aside, and order the size that goes with your measurements. You won't regret it! So while I probably won't wear it for a run, it's great for a walk, a trip to the store afterwards, a play date at the park with kids or grandkids, or whatever else you can think of. A very comfortable CUTE skort! The skirt is full and swishy, not tight at all. The under shorts are of a lightweight material and the inseam is a little longer so they doesn’t ride up. Love that. I ordered a 2XL as I am 5 foot six and full figured. Fits perfectly! No issues with laundering. Received several compliments on the bright colors. Make sure to READ the washing instructions. I want to say that first because most will not before putting in the washer. It washed well but you definitely need to hang dry. If you do that, then this is a great skirt. I love the design and the coloring was really nice. It was a good material that fit well with a flowy feel. I love this skort. It’s a perfect length because I like my legs to be covered a little more than what your usual skort would cover. The material is lightweight and so comfortable.
