First let me say, this is the first DVD- player I bought and the main reason I chose this one was the price. But I'm really happy with it, it's so easy to set up (took me about two minutes and I'm really not a genius when it comes to these things!) and I also had no trouble at all to figure out its various functions. The remote looks a little [inexpensive], but it works just fine and is not complicated at all (I'm the type of person who turns on the ceiling-fan when I try to change the channel on the TV but this remote is easy to handle) ;-) The DVD player plays everything I tried up to now (DVD, MP3, ..)even older CD's with some scratches didn't cause any problem. Probably for an experienced person who wants more than just watch a movie or listen to some music this is not the right thing, but for a "beginner" like me it's just perfect. Read more
