Lightweight yet durable enough for checked luggage. Love how the lid stays open with the straps. My husband needed new suitcase so we bought one for him in gray. It's so hard to find a hard-sided carry-on that doesn't open down the middle like a clamshell. This is one of the few that provides a large, continuous compartment, and I have been pleased with it. It has survived two trips so far and still looks pristine, though being a carry-on, it hasn't gone through baggage check. The wheels are solid enough, but not a stand-out feature. The extendable handle is so lightweight that it seems like it could break, though it hasn't shown any signs of doing so. Are there better quality suitcases? Sure, but the rare large compartment and reasonable price make this a good value. Read more
I really like this suitcase. Trying not to check bags any longer when we travel. I love how deep the bag is and it’s just what I was looking for. We have other carryons with 2 sides with 1/2 the depth and I prefer this one - it’s easier to organize items in the luggage. The external plug is a really nice touch! Read more

This broke on the first trip I took it on. Recently spent a month in Japan and Vietnam. About a week into our trip the wheels started sticking and became difficult to roll. It wasn’t even crazy terrain. Mostly flat, not super rocky places. 2 weeks into our trip the handle breaks and I was unable to retract the handle. It was stuck open. I was getting on a flight with strict luggage size restrictions the next day so I had to buy a replacement in a roadside shop and leave this one in Vietnam. It’s way past any warranty period so there’s not much that can be done. Read more
