Since receiving this suitcase, I have used it on a number of occasions and have found it to be exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect mix of soft side luggage that offers some flexibility and a little bit of give, but it is coupled with the protection of hard sided luggage in the areas where it counts most along the sides. I’ve also found the wheels to be very quiet and glide very smoothly across all types of floors. It offers multiple internal packing features, including a waterproof pocket, which comes in handy for carrying any type of liquid toiletries. I’ve also found the suitcase to provide ample room for 3 to 4 days of travel, in winter time with heavier, clothing, and would expect to be able to get up to five days in warmer weather. This is in the unexpended configuration, so with the expansion room on the sides I could easily travel for seven days with the suitcase. Read more

I looked at every single box store, department store and scoured Amazon and finally found this bag. What's up with carry on's without a pocket that you can easily open for your laptop or tablet? Purchased for a 2-week trip to Japan and didn't want to check in a bag. This suitcase was the right price, looks nice and is sturdy, has a place for everything. Loved that I could hold my laptop up front and I felt it was protected. Wheels roll smoothly. I like the hard shell back. Left off 1 star because I had trouble with the handle a not wanting to come up all the way a few times. After a few tries of putting up and down, it finally came up to the maximum height but it made me nervous that it was broken and that would've sucked since I'm on the taller side. Good quality with sturdy handle and wheels. No problems with tipping when rolling upright or behind. Several zippered interior pockets for organizing smaller items like toiletries, socks, hankies. Both sides have zippered top closures to keep contents in place and both have a zippered bottom lining. Great features for organizing contents. The exterior soft side has 5 zippered pockets of different sizes for quick access to travel documents, pen, pencil, flashlight, laptop, meds, etc. You just have to be careful not to expand them too far and exceed the airline carry-on width limit. I didn't notice that it was four wheels. I would or should have gotten one with two wheels and two stationary legs - just in case it wanted to wander off. But it doesn't matter. I'm an old homebody now anyway. I got it just in case I did need to go somewhere. Read more
