The media could not be loaded. After using several personal transportable Blu-ray players, this is the best I come across. The 18.5” FHD screen displays the most immersive I came across for a personal video device, the two downward inclined speakers deliver pretty good audio. At 18.5”, it is not exactly portable, I would call it transportable. One can place it any place you want. I have added a Bluetooth adapter to the 3.5mm, and I can use any of the top grade Bluetooth headsets and personal sound systems like a pair of Bose Soundlink Max or the Sony Bravia Theater U in stereo, and have a wonderful time watching Blu-ray Discs, listening to Blu-ray or DVD audio in Dolby Atmos. By the way, I also learnt that the vendor is the leading portable Blu-ray player OEM behind major brands, and glad that they are launching their own line of products. Read more

The picture is not so crispy and sharp as 1080p should be but acceptable. About USB is not only for 1 TB off SSD can work but other HDDs can read as well that’s a plus for the device. I use 6TB 2.5 HDD of WD still work. Keep in mind that all video files must be 1080p or lower can read. 2160p files are not supported due to maximum resolution of device is 1080p only. Update: the remote doesn't work with all functions. Lots of functions you have to use your fingers not the remote. General, remote is really suck. Read more

The unit was promptly delivered and very well packaged. It works surprisingly well; the picture quality is first rate. Sound volume was a bit low, although usable, but communication by email directly with the service department got the volume issue resolved by using an external amplifier with the display’s speaker or, alternatively a pair of wired headphones. . It’s okay for the price. Pretty straightforward. Biggest benefit of something like this for me besides the portability is not being on a computer or anything that can become distracting. Not a fan of the lack of HDMI-OUT capability (it would have been 2x more practical of a device, but I guess more expensive). It would have been nice to allow things to play to other devices in my home, but can’t do that. It does have HDMI-IN, so I guess if you need a 2nd table top display, there’s that. One star because, for some reason, you can’t change the brightness on it??? I’ve looked in every possible menu for settings. Regardless of the price, that’s just an ultra dumb move for a portable device you’re going to be watching movies on. If I want to watch at night in a dark bedroom for example, just have to be ready for your eyes to be cooked. Also, it takes forever to load after you use the remote to turn it on (seems to be faster if you use the actual button on the display) — so you have to wait several seconds to hope it turns on, cuz if you act too fast and hit the power button again before the screen turns on you may just be accidentally cycling it off again. Also wish the spinner stopped faster / easier. Maybe I’m missing something but I always have to stop the spinning when I’m switching to something else after stopping playback or turning the power off completely. It’s cheap so whatever but prepare for the “you get what you pay for” annoyances. I just really can’t get past the brightness thing. Read more
I love everything about this. Used for dvds, blu ray dvds, hooked phone to it. All worked great. Came in handy for delays at airports! Goes up to nice loud volume, if needed, also! Read more
The media could not be loaded. Took a chance as I had not heard of this brand. Glad I did. Disc playback has been solid with no issues, image on monitor is crisp and sharp, sound is clean and gets plenty loud. All boxes checked there. Using the HDMI in with a Fire Stick and now have a smart TV with disc capabilities. All in all a good product. Read more
