They say use 4 eggs. Instead I use 1 egg and a cup of applesauce. It disappears at fellowship. Tastes great, not like typical gluten free. Very easy. Read more
I add powdered cloves, a bit of nutmeg, and allspice. It's easy to make. I always line pyrex glassware with olive oil. It makes it easier to clean, cut and serve. It has no bitter after taste or any strange flavors. I like to mix half the cinnamon sugar into the batter. Then use only half on top as a crust. I think I will toss in apple slices next time! Brouhaha! 😆🤣😂 Experiment! Read more
You need to try this if you have issues with gluten! This has been a game changer for our family members who have gluten issues! It tastes great as it is! We add apples sometimes to change things up a bit! 10 Stars!!! Read more
We buy it in bulk, I love that you have the option, totally worth the money. I make this often because we have food allergies and still want to eat sweet stuff. It’s got great quality, we use applesauce instead of eggs again because of allergies… It’s great using those types of substitutes. It stores well, and my whole family loves it. We usually bake it as you would a brownie, but I’ve also tried making it as muffins and that is also great.. Be sure to read the instructions, because you actually split the batter into two portions, and you use the cinnamon sprinkle topping in between those two portions Read more
Best tasting mix I ever made!!! Read more
This is quite easy to make and is a nice treat for the gluten free diet. Compared to the cost of bakery items, it is a good value. Read more
I don't seek out GF foods, but this mix is delicious when baked, GF or not! No taste difference at all. EZ to make, requiring only 1/3 c oil, 1/4 c water, and 4 or 5 eggs (a lot, more than I expected so make sure you have enough on hand), depending on if you are doing a cake or muffins. I did the cake, but did not have an 8 x 8 pan, so used a 9 x 11 aluminum pan instead. Of course, it came out flatter, but still tastes delicious! And you will have more than enough of the cinnamon sugar filling and topping. Less than 45 min bake time. Read more
