I liked that it is a thin tape and can easily worn under socks. It is rather sticky so you want to make sure to leave some paper on the ends to apply it, ( like a band aid). I also found the smell a bit off putting. I was using it to provide support for plantar fasciitis and kept it on for 48 hours on both feet, including during a 4-mile walk the second day. However, I have since learned that keeping the plantar fascia in a stretched or static position, which I was doing with this tape, may not be helpful for this condition, according to Dr Angela.
