I’m writing this review after using it for months .. it’s really helpful for my neck.. the curve lets me sleep right without need for keeping my hand under the head to give comfort .. it is used regularly as my primary pillow yet it kept shape .. still looks pretty and strong giving good support to the neck. I LOVE this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and have been looking forever for the right pillow for me and this is it! I love that it comes with more filler - though I didn’t use it. It’s comfy and fluffs up to what you need. I mostly love the cool side and I wish both sides were cool. I bought an extra pillow case for it that fits perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because the silk liner started getting a run and has torn open after a year of average use. I didn’t add extra filling nor do I fluff it up usually. With a 3” hole in the seam I now have lots of mini foam pieces falling out when I take the main pillow case off to wash. I hate to toss it but don’t have much of a choice. I absolutely love this pillow but only one year of use makes it a bit costly to keep replacing. :( Read more

I bought the pair in queen size for my husband, who likes a firm pillow and needed a new one. So I stole one and while he says they're "OK," I love them. I had been sleeping on expensive down pillows for the past few years, but switched out to one of these. The down pillows are nice, but they squish flat under my head during the night. These pillows stay the same all night and cradle my head perfectly. Since they came with some extra filling, my hubby was able to get the extra firmness he likes, too. The only downside I can see is the pillow itself is not washable, though the cover is. I'll probably invest in pillow protectors to keep them fresh longer. Oh, and it's easy to tell which side is the cooling side. Also we didn't notice any obnoxious odors at all, and they fluffed up quickly when when they were unpacked. Read more

This pillow is very comfortable, and you can easily take or add to the filling to help make it the perfect comfort level. I took quite a bit out the first time and then removed some more a few weeks later. I love the shape, and as a side sleeper, the unique shape works well. I was also surprised at the difference between the two sides (cooling vs soft). One side is definitely cooler than the other. It has a tab indicating what side is what, but you don't need that.
