It’s comfortable, looks very nice and tracks my steps, oxygen level, pulse, sleep patterns , and temperature. Even can take my blood pressure pressure, but it appears to show a lower blood pressure than my arm cuff. It’s still nice to track it though with the ring. I first ordered the ring sizing kit and that helped me buy the perfect size. All I all I like it very much and it is reasonably priced. It is dust proof and water proof, but I’m not pus that just in case and have been taking it off before showers bu leave it on when way my hands. Tried two watches. Neither ring would work would not connect. Instructions are very vague and generic. Don’t even match this ring. Had a techie friend try and he could not make it connect either it simply a defective product. Read more
