Awesome Ultrasonic Cleaner - Highly Recommend
I purchased this ultrasonic cleaner for several initial reasons, but I have discovered numerous additional benefits since I started using it. This device has undergone extensive testing, and I’m pleased with the results. Initially, my motivation for buying it was my struggle with keeping my glasses clean. No matter how careful I am, they tend to accumulate grime and dirt rather quickly. I wanted a reliable method for a deep clean multiple times a day. Plus, I wear quite a bit of body jewelry—rings, septum piercings, earrings, belly button rings, and nose rings—and we all know that they can get stinky and nasty and crusty and carry hordes of bacteria, making sterilization essential. While I typically use alcohol for cleaning, the thought of utilizing this device intrigued me. After using it, I’ve expanded my cleaning repertoire significantly. It’s tackled my disgusting and grimy keycaps from my mechanical keyboard, a pocket knife I rely on daily, and even the head of my electric shaver. I’ve also cleaned various types of jewelry, including chains, watches, bangles and bracelets. Notably, my uncle used it for some collectible coins and metal emblems, and the results were fantastic; everything sparkled and shone like new. The operation is simple: plug it in, add soap and water, place the items inside, and press the power button. In just a few minutes, everything comes out clean. If you’re dealing with particularly filthy items, it may take a bit longer, but nothing has required more than five minutes to achieve that pristine, sterile finish. The tank size is quite accommodating. Of course, if you need to clean something large, like brake pads for a car, you’ll require an industrial-grade cleaner. However, for my needs, this size has proven excellent. I’ve even cleaned multiple items at once, such as the shaver head and keycaps simultaneously or glasses and tweezers at the same time. Speaking of tweezers, this unit comes with a nice pair as part of the package. Additionally, it includes a microfiber cloth and a small bottle of cleaning solution, although I’ve primarily used Dawn dish soap mixed with water, which works remarkably well. The dedicated cleaning solution does seem to enhance the results for jewelry, so it might be worth considering a couple of bottles if you plan on doing a lot of that type of cleaning. In terms of durability, this cleaner is built solidly and is a pleasure to use. The unit consists of one piece, only requiring the lid for operation, and cleaning out the tank afterward is straightforward; just use soap and water, turn it upside down, and discharge the contents. You need to exercise a bit of caution with the power plug, but overall, it’s a simple process. I wholeheartedly recommend this ultrasonic cleaner as a versatile and effective cleaning solution.
