The cashmere material is responsibly sourced and there's an informational card tell you all about it. The material is very soft and stretchy. This is a very comfortable sweater! It's so cozy to cuddle up in for the Winter. The buttons on this sweater are shiny and remind me of abalone shell. There are extra buttons included in the hang tag, in case you lose one. The style and color are nice enough to wear as business casual or even just around the house as an extra layer to keep the Winter chill away. Here’s what may be helpful to know about this ladies’ cardigan: * Cashmere! The wool is so soft, and nicely woven. * I have worn the sweater several times now, and there has been no shedding or pilling. Another sweater I have from this brand has proven its merit in the washing machine as well. (Only be sure to keep it or of the dryer.) * I ordered a size medium. As you can see, it is very roomy for a medium. For reference, I am 5’2”, approximately 118 pounds. This is a truly beautiful and classic cashmere cardigan. It’s a light gray cable knit that is so soft i cannot begin to describe. It’s high quality and incredibly well made.
