Can't say enough great things about this product. It does so many things for me such as gives me a boost of energy, a boost of mood, with the bonuses such as a boost in sex drive. All of this in one pill, well two pills actually as that's the dosage you take at a time according tot he bottle. When I take it, it gradually begins to work after about an hour or so as it enters my system. I drink plenty of water with it which also helps it work. I've noticed it also gives me clarity, focus, and motivation whether that be applied to working out or simply working. When I work out with it my pumps are longer, I find I'm working out and exercising longer than I usually do, rather than running in and out. I also feel it working in my body. It makes me want to go for a run. There are no jitters or agitation with it as I sometimes find with many other supplements. And when it wears off, I don't even notice it wearing off. I don't desire or crave caffeine while on this either as this seems to give that alertness energy without the crash. I've tried other Arginine supplements and powders in the past and I don't recall feeling any noticeable effects that this stuff gives me. Maybe this is a different kind of Arginine, maybe it's the combination of the other stuff with it, or maybe this is just paired right with my own body chemistry. I don't know. All I know is that I found a product that give me all the effects many of us desire such as the basics of focus, clarity, upbeat mood, energy, raise in sex drive. And I've tried quite a number of products out there that did absolutely nothing noticeable. So I was a hesitant to getting this at first, but there were quite a number of reviews on this by verified purchasers that it can't hurt to give it a shot. I take two of these after breakfast, and then sometimes another two after lunch with no problems or side effects. The amount of Arginine in this is 400 mg plus 400 mg of another form of Arginine, so that's 800 mg, and not the 1200 mg. it says in the listing, but it still works great regardless. The daily dosage of Arginine generally recommended is said to be about 500 mg to 1600 mg, so check with your Doctor on your next visit on if this product is safe for you. I will keep ordering this product as it does everything in one pill, which is nice for a change. The only negative is that this is pricier than the average Arginine supplement. back in my twentys I worked out like if it was a religious task and took all sorts of supplements from creatine, glutamine, amino acids, protein shakes to affedra. Now many years later I am looking for some type of boost to keep up with life. I started taking the suggested amount everyday after receiving the product (took two pills after dinner then after about half an hour or an hour then I would work out). This is what I got out of using it, it didn't change anything when it came to intimacy. I'm in my mid forties and was hoping it might give a little boost however nothing for me. Besides been a full time husband and father, I work in construction and I'm on my feet all day, so I hoped it might boost my Energy levels. I never felt any kind of an energy boost at all. However while working out and lifting weights, I get a great pump while lifting, everything gets tight and you can feel it(I know that's supposed to happen while lifting weights, but this felt different from any other time I've ever lifted). So I definitely feel like it's helping pumping blood through as I lift. I have felt a difference in my body of course, I am still a little sceptical about the product and if it's even working. Cause just the fact of working out will cause change to you and your body. I finished the bottle today and went ahead and ordered one more bottle to see if by drying with it might I might start to see it work more.
