Super comfortable. I wear a 6-8, and depending on the brand, it's either a small or medium. I forgot about Lands End running larger than other brands and accidentally ordered the medium (10-12). It was huge and baggy. I reordered the small (6-8). It is still loose, but very comfortable. If you prefer fitted, I suggest dropping down in size. Good quality and worth the price. Read more

I have the Sport Knit shorts in almost every color, I also have the long pants, and now the capris. All have the same fit and I love the cotton fabric. I am 81 yrs old, 4'9" tall, 140 lbs, and use a wheelchair. Charts say I should choose a size medium. I did buy the long pants in medium and they are way too big. So I buy small. I will keep buying these pants until Land's End changes the fit. Read more

Fabric is soft and elastic stretches easily when pulling up pants. The size runs very large. I am 85 and now have a waist equal to my hips. If I buy to fit my waist the pants are very baggy. If I buy to fit my body it is too tight around the waist. But the fabric and style are thin but very comfortable. Read more

I'm in Florida and it's been HOT and Humid. These are excellent. I bought here first to try them out before buying another dozen in every color from Landsend. They are a nice for dress up or dress down. Cotton with a bit of stretch. They DO run large. I usually wear a plus size 1X or 2X but being tall and leggy I tried these specifically bc the reviews said they run large. I purchased the XL Tall and they fit perfectly. Not too tight and not baggy. Pockets are deep and nice. On my 35" legs they hit just a skosh below my knee until I wash them then they shrink up into Bermuda shorts (just above my knee). Shorter than I would like but they only shrink the first washing then they pretty much stay Bermuda Shorts. I now own at least 2 or 3 in every color. Love them. I have been waiting for two months for Amazon to have my size because returns are so much easier with prime. These are not really flattering but so comfortable and I am keeping them them mostly because they have pockets. But they are not as nice as the used to be. I wish the would bring back a comfort fit for older women with pockets. But for this 77 year old former gym teacher with knee replacements, comfort it big. Here it is a freezing day in January & I ordered another pair of my favorite Landsend capris & they fit perfectly, of course. They are a denim look but knit material, slightly longer than last years & at a good price & yes I am dreaming of warmer weather. And I’ll be ready with comfort pants with pockets. I ordered these again because they used to be my favorite capris but I followed Amazon’s advice & ordered a 3X which was huge & I returned them. So instead I ordered directly from Landsend & saved more & got the colors I wanted. It will be a long time before I order Landsend merchandise from Amazon. And I definitely will ignore their advice on sizes. Read more

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered multiple sizes so I could find the right fit for me. I am 5'6" tall and my weight fluctuates from 200-220 lbs. I usually wear a 16w or 18w for cotton capris (1x or 2x). The nice wide elastic and cotton fabric feel well constructed. The 1x and 2x were way too wide/big all over the waist and legs. I choose the black and navy colors. These are very comfy and great for summertime. Pockets are great too. I was shocked the Large size fit a tad large all over. So I ordered the Medium and that seems to be the perfect fit. Crazy sizing. Going to order more in other colors, hope the sizing is consistent between the all the colors. Read more
