Performs as advertised. Very helpful.
I like this mat very much. It is large enough for my senior work outs. It protects my wood floor and is soft enough for yoga. I believe it eases the stress in my joints. It arrives with creases as it is folded flat to ship, but, as promised, it smooths by being rolled and stored in the easy to use light weight case. Note the rougher side is better to be toward the floor, so roll it toward that side so it will lie flat. I have not had any slippage while exercising. I find it a real help to my exercising. Helpful in our home gym
This is a great size mat for a weight workout. It isn't terribly thick, but in addition to my yoga mat, it is comfortable on our hard floor. It gives me a larger space to stretch and also helps protect our floor. Read more

Unfortunately, the item received was damaged; a tear that went through the not-so-thick mat. I expected it to be thicker (since the Description stated it can be used for fitness machines)...that's to be determined once I assemble the treadmill and place it on this mat. Cheap materials and arrives folded not rolled.
Not a good buy. It comes folded, not rolled, so it’s never going to lay flat. It even included a broken English note from the seller, apologizing for the folded shipping approach and resulting creases along with their recommendation on how to remove the creases. But, it didn’t work; you can’t flatten the creases. Materials are cheap, and storage bag is really cheap and flimsy.
