I have been using this fascia tool (Large Fascia Massage Blaster Tool – Deep Tissue Myofascial Release & Cellulite Massager, Trigger Point Therapy for Lymphatic Drainage, Muscle Recovery & Pain Relief) every day on various parts of my body and I can tell it is helping to smooth out my skin and shrinking things down. It doesn't work fast but gliding it on my "fat" areas seems to help tighten things. It's really sturdy and you can put as much or as little pressure on the skin, whatever is most comfortable. It does hurt a bit if I put a lot of pressure on. I can glide it on some parts of my skin ok without tugging. I can also do it above my thin clothing and it glides well. I can also use it in the shower with some soap or use with a small bit of body oil too. It feels good when I put just enough pressure to relax a tight muscle and it does feel like it's somehow activating the fat cells to release the fat. This isn't going to happen overnight but over the weeks I've used it, I can see a difference. This is dangerous. I made the mistake of opening it in front of my husband. He immediately asked what it was and I demonstrated on his back. Now he’s constantly asking me where’s that pink claw thing? Can you rub my back? I was supposed to use it on my legs and I mostly use it on him now lol It works great on the thighs too. I was skeptical about this massage tool when I first saw it but I decided to give it a try and I am pleased. It is seriously just a big hunk of plastic with a handle but it is shaped in such a way that it smoothly glides on my skin and has different nodules that can get deep down to massage muscle knots and spots that I can’t reach. I like using this on my shoulders as the bigger nodules in the front can really help find those pressure points and provide relief. It is smooth, and glides across the skin with ease. The handle is ergonomic, and comfortable to hold. I use this tool on my thighs to help break up cellulite, and it works great for that. I like to use it in combination with firming lotion or massage oil to really enhance its benefits. My spouse has some neck and upper back issues, and can get tight knots in his muscles.
