I decided to try this foot massager because my feet usually feel tired after standing or walking a lot during the day. The first thing I noticed is that it feels very comfortable and roomy inside, so even if you have larger feet it does not feel tight The massage itself feels relaxing and helps relieve pressure in the soles of the feet. I like that you can choose different massage styles and levels depending on how strong or gentle you want it. Read all comments…. Updating as solving the problems I was having. I now use a hand mirror held on the floor while setting the unit. 3/11/26 at 3:38 pm last update. Seems it can be set before putting on foot. I was given wrong information. Makes so much more sense. Horrible. Called Amazon for help. Didn’t help. Turns off after a minute or so. Didn't turn off when I first got it. Has to be on the foot to set. Worked better in AM but still wasn’t right. I can’t figure out how many excellent reviews. Direction with photos didn’t make sense. Started to look at pictures and placement to get it right. Figured that out but turns off minutes after setting up. If I ever figure it out, I will change my review but for now I don’t recommend for slightly over weight elderly person unless they have someone to set it up for them. 3/11/26 update was told took 15 min to fully charge. I think it’s longer than that. I started to use a mirror to set. Only way I could do it. Think it kept turning off because it needed to be charged longer. Was setting the pulse but when I added red light, it kept turning off. A/0 this moment it has run 17 min of a 30 min timer. If all goes well, I will up date my feedback more. 30 min later it turned. All features worked the full 40 minutes. Hope this reviews helps other who might have similar problems with the unit. They need to provide better diagram photos with the purchase. 3/15/2026 I had originally been told when asked online that it takes 15 min to charge. Seemed to be short of time. Then left for 30 minutes. Figure double what they told me. Firgured it kept turning off with one use. I left it charging and when I remembered to check it there was a green light show. No where does it say charge till green. I’ve been using gpa few days, twice a day. No issues but no change in how my foot feels. Might not work for neuropathy but I’ll continue for a week or so and update any changes. It isn’t hurting me but not seeing any changes as others mention. Read more
