I’ve had these for a few months now. They’re really nice. The grip is great, they hardly move on my floor for how lightweight they are. They dry and absorb like a dream. I ordered the brown 2-piece waffle bath mat set, which includes a 20” x 47” runner and a 16” x 24” standard mat. The color is a warm, neutral brown that matches the listing photos and works well with light or dark bathroom finishes. I would consider this a light brown neutral, taupe or beige. Gorgeous neutral color. Size and fit are accurate. The runner fits well along a tub or shower without extending into walking paths, and the smaller mat fits well in front of a vanity or sink without bunching or shifting. Both mats lay flat on the floor. In terms of thickness, these mats are moderately thick. They provide cushioning underfoot without being bulky or overly plush, which helps them dry faster and sit flush on tile flooring. They are thin and can fit under any door perfectly (see pic.) The waffle knit design is simple and textured without feeling heavy. The knit is dense and evenly constructed, giving the mats a clean, structured look rather than a loose or floppy appearance. The fringe edges lay flat and did not appear uneven. Absorbency is great for everyday use. The mats absorb water quickly when stepping out of the shower and help keep the floor dry without feeling saturated. The non-slip rubber backing grips tile flooring securely. These are almost imperceivable micro rubber dots blended well into the weave through the bottom (hence why you mustn’t machine dry them). Once placed, the mats stayed in position during normal use and did not slide. From a design standpoint, the neutral color and waffle texture make these mats versatile. In my century home bathroom, which is traditional/transitional in style, they blend in easily, and I could see them working very well in farmhouse, boho, contemporary or modern spaces as well. I also considered durability and pet-friendliness. My cat did not show interest in scratching or “making biscuits” on the mats. When I tested the surface with my fingernails, the fabric did not easily snag, pull, or run, which is helpful in homes with cats. These mats are machine washable. Care instructions recommend washing in cold water and laying flat to air dry to maintain shape.
