These shoes are great and I love everything about them except the heel cap. It is hard plastic instead of rubber. This is a HUGE problem. When you are on a slick tile or laminate floor you have to walk very carefully. I have almost fallen twice and only worn them twice. Now I will have to take them to a boot store and have those changed to the rubber. An additional expense!! I have three other pair of boots from this brand, including the black pair of this same style and all of them have rubber caps on the heel, not the hard plastic that slips. Very disappointed that they did not use the higher quality on the red ones. Or perhaps it’s just my pair!!! Read more
