I waited until I had used the product throughout the initial phase and for a few months after it. While you are using it in the initial phase, you're led to believe it's working because you literally have to shave every single time before using it, which is several times a week. The return period ends right after that initial phase. You go on to use it once a month for maintenance, but realize... What are you maintaining? It never worked as intended. I am fair skinned so it's not that I was the incorrect skin tone for this product. It simply did not work. My armpit hair hasn't changed in the very least. It still grows back as frequent, as long, and as coarse as before. I still have to shave my legs and armpits at the same frequency as before (personal preference, I know no one HAS to shave). I'm really glad it only cost about $130 instead of several hundred that competiting products cost.
