It is very good quality like spa type & works once you figure out how to use it . it’s important to use laser glasses as the light is harmful to your eyes ;works plugged and , press the button on top holding toward skin sideways - I it’s stops unplugged, don’t use on cut or irritated skin as it is real laser but doesn’t burn more of cold laser . It will burn hairs if you didn’t shave right, so make sure to shave and clean so it won’t smell like hair burnt . I wanted to love this SO bad! It worked for my first use (mostly) it shut off after a while and I figured it needed to cool down. I’ve read all the instructions in all the pamphlets, I’ve tried letting it cool, sit for weeks untouched, restarted, ensured direct skin contact, EVERYTHING and it won’t emit flash anymore!
